8.1 Registration and access to information on the Platform are free. Payments for services are processed through the Lifetime Application, making Wegomeds the central aggregator. Users should not make direct payments to service providers.
8.2 Wegomeds is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred during the payment process due to acts or omissions of third parties.
9. Covenants
9.1 Users agree not to engage in activities that violate these Terms of Use, including infringement of intellectual property rights, violation of laws, and disruptive behavior.
9.2 Wegomeds reserves the right to disable or preserve information violating these Terms for investigative purposes.

15. Communication
15.1 Users consent to receiving communications from Wegomeds via emails, phone calls, SMS and push notification for transactional and informational purposes.
16. Refund Policy
16.1 Refund Process:
Refunds are issued through the payment method used at the time of purchase, except for cash payments. Refunds are not applicable for payments made through the App or to third-party accounts.
16.2 Timeframe:
Online transaction refunds may take 10-15 business days post-cancellation verification.
16.3 Bank Information:
Users must provide accurate bank details for online transaction refunds. In accepting these Terms of Use, you engage in a legally binding agreement with Wegomeds.
